nariñense muerto en 1991 quien a lo largo de su vida se desempeñó como  agrónomo graduado, especializado en genética vegetal, fue un estudioso del hebreo y el quechua, pero ante todo un humanista, de los que sabe dar esas tierras del sur. Tuvo una obsesión y trabajó por ella toda su vida: la de demostrar que el cuyanacentrismo es  el ideario de la civilización inca y de los otros pueblos ancestrales y que de no haber sido subyugado, sería en los    tiempos presentes el aporte a la paz y la felicidad universal  humana .Para ello en este libro, inicialmente editado en 1992 por Ernesto López en la desaparecida editorial Lealon en Medellin,  desmenuza ese pensamiento, repitiéndose empalagosamente, para construir la hipótesis de que es proyectando e incluyendo en tales conceptos del homo americano como se puede llegar a un renacimiento del socialismo precolombino. En su nueva edición ,con letras y tipos más amables, hecha por Caza de Libros en Ibagué, durante 333 páginas se proyecta con más fuerza la crítica a las civilizaciones occidentales que volvieron añicos las culturas indígenas americanas, cargadas según él, de pacifismo y socialismo extremos. Para hacerlo, empero, se mete casi en la sin salida tratando de hacer asimilables los conceptos de la filosofía y las religiones occidentales al esquema utilizado por incas y mayas. Ese esfuerzo hace repetitivo el ordenamiento de las explicaciones hasta llegar a violentar al lector más avezado en la interpretación de textos filosóficos posteriores a Santo Tomás. Pero si algo queda claro es que  los habitantes de América antes de llegar los españoles, tenían muy presentes y definidos los elementos sociales y epistemológicos, al mismo tiempo que se las habían ingeniado para  establecer  organizaciones estatales y militares basadas en la colectivización y la pacificación en los territorios que con sus adelantos fueron aumentando.
